Yes, we love destination weddings and we are happy to travel. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and will be discussed during the booking process.
Within two days of your wedding, we’ll provide you with a selection of images to enjoy. Your full set of images and/or film will typically be delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on your package.
Absolutely! We encourage couples to provide a list of must-have shots, such as specific family members, important details, and special moments. This will help us capture everything that matters to you. We also recommend designating a person—this could be a wedding planner, family member, or friend—to assist the photographer in gathering the necessary people for the photos.
We recommend that you book as soon as possible to secure your wedding date. Typically, couples book their dates anywhere from 6 to 12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season.
Yes, every image you receive will be professionally edited, including colour correction, exposure adjustments and any necessary retouching. Your images will look their absolute best.
We value your feedback on the music selection and strive to accommodate various tastes and styles. To avoid copyright issues when sharing your video online. If you have a specific song in mind that you would like us to use, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The length of the video depends on the package, but typically a full wedding film is up to 12 minutes long, and a shorter highlights film is anywhere from 3-5 minutes long.
The pre-wedding shoot is included in The Love Story Experience package. For those opting for the Love Story Collection package, this shoot is available as an optional extra for £250. You can choose to have the shoot in our studio or at a location of your choice, depending on your preferences and location. This package includes up to six digital images, with an option to purchase additional images or prints on the day of the shoot.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a network of trusted professionals ready to provide the same high-quality service. We will ensure your day is captured beautifully.
Yes, for weddings with a full day coverage, we request that you provide meals for our team.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for you to budget for your wedding day. We will initially take a 25% deposit then we can arrange a plan with you to pay off the remaining amount.
Your images will be delivered via an online gallery where you can download high-resolution images. The video will be delivered as a digital download, with options for a USB if requested.
We enjoy presenting our work! However, we value your privacy and will only share your photos or videos with your permission.
To secure your wedding date, please send us an inquiry so we can check the availability. If the date is available, we will hold it provisionally for you for 48 hours. During this time, we will send you a contract that you'll need to sign and return to us at your convenience. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, which can be paid using the payment link we will provide you. Once this deposit is completed, your booking will be confirmed.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will assist you in rescheduling based on availability. If you have paid more than the deposit and your cancellation occurs within 14 days of your wedding day, you will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
